Crystal Bay provides home management and care management for a limited number of households across the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area. The work is simple to describe and harder to deliver well: one steady point of contact, so our clients don't have to manage the logistics themselves.

Every engagement runs on the same principle: a client raises something, and Crystal Bay sees it through, without requiring ongoing involvement or follow-up from them. That consistency is the service. As Crystal Bay grows, our coordinators and local support staff are trained to the same standard, so the experience doesn't depend on any one person.

Why Crystal Bay exists.

April founded Crystal Bay after fifteen years working inside private homes, managing household operations and coordinating care for families navigating complex medical needs. That experience, seeing firsthand how much falls on one person when no one else is tracking it, is the foundation Crystal Bay is built on.

Today, April leads Crystal Bay as it grows beyond a one-person operation, building the standards and systems that let a trained team deliver the same level of care and follow-through to every client.
